OUR MISSION
The mission of the Somali American Community Association is to
promote the well being of refugees and immigrants through
proactive services and support.
While our priority population is defined, we comply with the
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, that is, no person
will be excluded from participating or be denied the benefits of
any program, activity or service on the basis of race, sex,
sexual preference, color, religion, ancestry, age, national
origin, or disability.
OUR VISION
Protect, promote, and improve the well being of immigrants and
refugees in Washington, DC area.
Assist our priority population in identifying and accessing
essential opportunities to become self-sufficient and adjust in
their new country.
Educate the American public about the history and conditions of
Somali people in the US and in Somalia.

the Somali American Community Association’s website.
The Somali American Community Association (SACA) is nonprofit,
501 C (3) organization, serving immigrants and refugees,
particularly those who are from Somalia. Why was SACA
